I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, close to key attractions but still peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the restaurant/bar had a great atmosphere. I also loved the little touches — from the cozy lobby to the attention to detail in the service. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, style, and great service. I will definitely be coming back!

We have stayed here 4 nights. We had a great experience, the staff made us feel welcomed. Special thanks to Alessandro at check-in and Benji at the bar. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy, the breakfast great for value, we received complementary pasta and a very kind welcome message upon arrival. Highly recommended.

    The accommodation is located in a separate house, which is well equipped. Parking was right on the property, there was a train stop nearby with connections to the centre of Rome. The owner was very friendly and showed us everything personally. The location was quiet and there was a nice view from here. The kitchen was well equipped. Air conditioning was also available.

    Beautiful county setting with bird song, big country spaces, lovely area. Avoid the hassle of Rome. Hosts were gracious and helpful, especially Dominic. Dog called Uma is a doll and you should take her for a walk. Feels like you live there. "city" is not great, working class, not attended to. But, metro takes you from there to center city. You can see some at a distance, but not become entailed in the traffic, parking, crowds. Great advantage.
