We loved everything, but mainly the lovely owners of the accommodation. They were always very carefull and helpful. We liked the breakfast with fresh and warm croissants, great choice of yoghurts and plenty other things in a beautiful garden.

Guido is an exceptional host and greeted us with the warmest welcome. He contacted us during the morning of our arrival, checking our time of arrival and wanting to offer us some wonderful coffee. His manners and hospitality are excellent. The property lies within his acres of aceto balsamico production, in a proper rustic décor: you can easily tell how much Guido and his family do love to offer their hospitality to their guests. We felt at ease and at home, we will definitely return when around Modena, which is also a short 20 minutes drive away, making the location ideal for any traveller.

Loved the range of food for breakfast and of course, the staff were exceptional, being both very friendly and helpful. They are also multilingual which helped me a lot! The rooms are very comfortable. The evening meals that I had were excellent. Good home cooking, with some nice wines to accompany them. I recommend booking a meal on a Monday evening as the local area restaurants close on this night. The hotel also has an arrangement with a local restaurant (1.6 km away) within San Prospero which if you present the hotel room card you get a 10% discount on the meal. I would also recommend this! Alessandro and his mother make a wonderful team and will make your stay most enjoyable and are very accommodating. They are happy to arrange taxis and restaurant bookings for you as well.

Easy to find. Wonderful reception: everything explained in English, including a covered park for the moto. The ground floor apartment was huge, and incredibly clean. Good location with a supermarket and several pizza restaurants nearby, an interesting town to explore, and magnificent ancient Abbey. The owners live upstairs and replied very quickly to a question sent via booking.com. Thank you for a superb week!

The staff are very friendly. Room very clean, funtional, comfortable and with all the furniture needed. The location was a plus, near to everything. The cafe below has a very nice coffee for the breakfast and in the night has very good atmosphere. The price of the food and cafe are reasonable.

Everthing was amazing. Very Nice and helpful host. Haus Is beautiful as Well as rooms. Breakfast very nice Made by the host. Location at the Border of the City, very quiet with spacious garden. To reach the City, 10-15mins by Car. Very easy. I Hope to hope back again.

The apartment is very nice, clean and offers high quality amenities. There was no compromise with anything - we had everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable, it is 15 min walking distance from Modena city center and 8 min walk from Ferrari museum. Great location. Apartment has super easy and smart access system for self check in that works exceptionally well. Massimo was very polite and supportive host, he answered all our questions, recommended great restaurants nearby 2 of which we had dinners in and they were really worth it.
