Modern and spacious apartment, clean and very well equipped - well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, comfortable beds, large living room and outdoor seating area. Very peaceful and green place. Good location, close to San Vito Chietino, all the beaches near Pescara and Trabucchi coast. The owner was very friendly, he greeted us with a smile and pack of apricots:)

Everything, it was comfortable, clean with lots of space. We really appreciated the cold drinks in the fridge on arrival, we had had a long drive. Really comfy beds and a selection of items left by the host for breakast. Lovely view across the valley and the sea. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

The location was perfect – close to both the sea and the mountains. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable, with a covered parking space available, which was a big plus. We also really appreciated the warm, family-like atmosphere. And the breakfasts? Absolutely amazing – a perfect start to each day.

Location is good. A bakery and pizza place are near by. The window is on the east side so you get woken up by the sunrise. It is like in the photos. The kitchen is big and usefull. There is a large fridge with freezer on the bottom.

Great location close to the airport but also a quick drive to central Pescara. Room had all amenities, was very well kept and clean, and host was incredibly kind and hospitable. Parking was available. Breakfast was great every morning.

Very clean and cozy apartment with splendid view from the terrace! Brand new kitchen appliances, everything we needed was there. Just wonderful! Also Daniele is a great host, very nice, always there to help with any issues. The location is also a big advantage of the flat, it takes only ten minutes to get to the beach. The train station is just a stone’s throw away, from where you can get to such lovely places as Ortona or Pescara. Daniele also hosts two other apartments in the same house which at that time were not listed on booking, but are slightly more spacious (on two floors) and allow for more privacy (see below).

    Nice staff, spoke good English. Helped me park my motorcycle inside the gate instead of the normal parking they also had, felt more secure. The chef who spoke very good English even came to my table at dinner and helped me order since the menu was only in Italian, I didn't even have to ask for help, he remembered me from checkin, had a great ragu. Breakfast was also good.
