Mr Mauro and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Rooms were clean, cosy and breakfast was delicious. Very close to all local attractions(there is even a direct bus to Perugia). I have been invited to his birthday event which took place in the local library with all his friends and neighbors. It was really interesting experience to spend some time with local residents. The society in Ripa really takes care about the castle and they keep it alive and cultural every day. 10/10

The environment was very welcoming - calming - serene. The staff very accommodating. The breakfast had wonderful options and the breakfast room itself was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the historic centre of the city.

This property is brand new. There are still a few items that need to be completed at the property however, they do not impact your stay. The room was lovely, the breakfast was perfect, the location is fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place is a great idea for those visiting Assisi! It’s fully renovated, extremely comfortable and clean! We were a group of 7 people and we were all very satisfied with our staying!     The house is in a safe family neighbourhood at the top of a hill which has a serene view from the master bedroom. The house is very spacious and the second shower downstairs is a bonus. The owner left ample cereal, croissants, biscuits, butter and marmalade and milk for breakfast. Plenty of parking space.
