We are a family of four with two teenagers and stayed in a room for four. The room was not that big but we fit well. The bathroom area was very functional. The housekeeping did a great job and cleanliness was good. The staff was in general very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with a large selection of items, that is served in the rooftop bar/garden area. A special shoutout to Walter and Joshua for fantastic service and friendliness at breakfast which made the start of every day great! The CC Palace Hotel has a perfect location within a short walk from Termini station and close to many sights such as the Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Fontana di Trevi et.c. It is located on a side street from the busy Via Nazionale but there is no noice disturbance at all. This is a perfect hotel for a Roman city holiday.

What an amazing stay. Located so near the metro and the Vatican. All the essentials available including extra touches such as toothbrushes, hair straightner and free items in mini bar such as beer and minerals. Breakfast on trolley outside room around 6/6.30 which suited our early mornings. Place was spotless.

The ancient look of the hotel building, the feel of living in ancient times with all the latest luxuries found in your room. The room had everything you can think of and the Best security systems and comfort. It was an experience of a life time. The icing on the cake is the exceptional staff Ms. Viola who made us feel so comfortable by guiding us on almost everything from Tourist spots, tour bookings, hangout places and even booking our Taxi rides back to the airport. She just ensured we had a wonderful stay and she took care of all the rest, thank you Viola my family and I had a wonderful holiday. Your hotel and service is a 10 on 10.

We just adored this place. The host has been incredible nice and helpful, gave us good tips, advices. The room has been extremely well cleaned, which we appreciated a lot. Apartment has been perfectly located, in the nice and calm but animated area with easy access to the city center and the old town. We are definitely going to go back there in the next trip to Rome and we are strongly recommending this place to our friends and colleagues.

This is an amazing boutique hotel right in the corner of Trastevere's heart. If you're looking for a stay at Rome that's close to the city historical center, but not in the buzz, then this is the choice for you. The staff was amazing with recommendations, and support on booking a private car, and even helping us find a tour we wanted to take. The breakfast was out of this world, probably the best we had in our whole trip to Italy, with so many options and all of them delicious. The rooms are very new and well-decorated. The shower is so good, and the beds very comfy.

    This is the perfect place if you want to start from Vatican Museum - it is 5 min on foot. Metro station is nearby and allows you to reach Colosseum and all other historic sites easily. The area is safe, and you can park the car on the street instead of private parkings etc. There is also a car park nearby. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It would require some renovation, but for the short stays it is perfect, mainly because of the location. Massimo is a great host, he even allowed us to check-in earlier :)

    Very communicative place. Perfect choice for walking in Rome. With a large free parking lot, 10 minutes from the metro - direct red line - after 20 min you are in the center. Varied breakfast. A large room with a comfortable bed. They checked us in before the announced time.

    Lovely clean and modern decor. Close to transport options for site seeing, or if you are feeling fit, walkable distance to the city. Apartment had everything we needed, and everything worked perfectly. Secure parking nearby (20 euro for 24 hours)which was a great option for us, we just left the car there for the 3 day stay. Host was very friendly and welcoming.

    The place was very clean. Self check in was possible, which was very convenient because we didn't need to worry about the arrival time. the location isn't very close to the centre (~half hour by public transport) but the plus side is that it is possible to find free parking nearby with a bit of luck. The host was nice, he was always fast to respond to our messages l.
