We were late arriving but the host was exceptionally accommodating, meeting us there and even providing complimentary snacks and drinks. It is a quiet building with only two units per floor. Parking is right outside the front door. San Salvo has a great waterfront boardwalk but you need to drive there from here (through an industrial area).
