Hotel staff were impeccably polite, helpful and kind; they always went above and beyond for us. Location was excellent for some of the best beaches in the south east, and Cagliari is a 20min drive in the other direction. Breakfast was fresh (warm bread, freshly-baked croissants, fresh fruit etc). The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless! We were also able to use the sister hotel’s pool for free (a short drive away) which was a lovely bonus.

We enjoyed our stay in Vitoria rooms. The apartament is clean, modern and new, you have everything you need, moreover, it is cleaned an every two days and the towels are replaced. The location is great because it is close to the beach and Quartu’s city centre with many restaurants and cafes. Also, there are beach umbrellas for everyone :)

Brand new, squeaky clean apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood with a private parking, lots of light, beautiful views from the balcony, fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine and all the detergents were provided). The owner was always quickly responsive and super helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend it!

We stayed one night as it was only 20 minutes from the airport by car. Parking is available on the street. The area is not very touristy it's quiet and mostly locals. The apartment is excellent. Very clean and we felt like we were at home it has everything you need. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. There is WiFi and the TV has netflix. Some tea, coffee and snacks and some toiletries were made available. The host Sergio was kind enough to carry my suitcase up to the apartment. He is really kind and explains everything you need to know about the apartment and sent us local shops and restaurants. Overall we had an excellent stay and we would stay again.

We can only recommend this accommodation. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The apartment is new, clean. You will find absolutely everything you need in it. Also a hairdryer or a TV with internet and Netflix. The snack that was waiting for us upon arrival and cosmetics in the bathroom were also nice. The bed linen and towels were fragrant and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is also a coffee machine with a supply of coffee. The terrace is huge with a nice seating area and a swing that my daughter loved to use. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The hosts are very nice people who not only made the apartment available to us early so that we could leave our luggage, but also took us to the beach towel shop and to the beach. The next day they also brought us a beach umbrella. On the last day they also took us to the airport early in the morning. There are groceries, pizzerias and the beautiful Poetto beach in the vicinity, which can be reached in 2 bus stops or on foot along the flamingos. 500m is the seafood market. The center of Cagliari is also easily accessible by bus. We can highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back again. We would like to thank you once again for improving our vacation.

    Everything was perfect. Location was beautiful, very clean, Carlo and Margareta made sure that our stay will be perfect. Few things that I enjoyed: -breakfast and few bottles of water were in the fridge -towels for the beach were provided -location is in a very quiet area, but close to main roads to reach anywhere on the island without spending time in traffic -parking inside the property - the room is very big and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and ac When we will be back in Cagliari we will definitely be back here.

    Our stay at Villa Bulcrini was perfect! The appartement was very clean and well equipped, there was nothing missing. At the pool was a lot of watertoys for the kids and even sunscreen. Cristina is such a nice and warmly person. She gave us lots of Information where to go, eat or park the car. We even got some freshly baked bread from here. It is a perfect place to stay with the family.
