We liked the personel. The administration lady was super nice and she was available all the time. She gave us many extra things we needed, like extra keys or toilet paper. She bought us even a table cover to cover the kitchen table. She helped us with Bormio Terms and reservation. She was very nice and very helpful.

    Big and comfortable hotel. Ski and out. Nice pizzeria and good buffet restaurant. Comfortable public areas. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Good parking garages (payable but well worth it as on street parking near the hotel is non existent). Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool and well area are very nice.

    We were on a European tour on motorbikes.Hotel was brilliant we had 3 nights including breakfast which was excellent .has secure underground parking €5 per bike per night. Restaurant and pizzeria were perfect and the staff were brilliant and friendly and spoke English. Thank you. I would definitely go there again
