A wonderful location for combining rural and cultural tourism. Excellent level of hygiene and service. They have a farmyard with well-kept animals, the children had fun in the yard. The views from the place are breathtaking. A swimming pool is currently being built, which will be available to guests during the summer season. We were warmly welcomed by owner Stefania’s daughter upon check in. When we had some difficulties to identify the apartment building and taking long to get there, she was patiently waiting for us & guided us how to get there smoothly. She was such a charming young lady who had provided us all the information we need & much more. She made already charming attractive house even more attractive and charming with her presence & warm welcome. House is well equipped with everything we need & also very nicely decorated with unique taste of owner Stefania which is very inviting. Location just short walking distance to the city centre with parking just outside the apartment located on the ground floor - This made it easy & very comfortable for us to carry the luggages from the car to the apartment Highly recommended.

Convenient to all transport, bus and train station are only 5 mins walk away. Small but perfect for 2 people. Very comfortable bed. The Pizza restaurant down the road was great value and had lovely food and friendly staff. Bus to Perugia was only €2. It’s very much uphill but we usually walked back in about 25 mins. The owners are available to contact at any time which wasn’t necessary but nice to know.

The breakfast was daily fresh and abundant and served at the time which we requested. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the premises and room were comfortable and clean with a good sized modern bathroom. Parking facilities were also excellent and secure. The location was also very good for travelling to all parts of Umbria particularly Perugia and Assisi.

    The kindest staff I've ever had in a hotel. A little bit of a language barrier but they went out of their way to accommodate us. Great value! Clean and spacious Great breakfast with fresh coffe and eggs are cooked the way you want. Free private parking Clean pool area with sunbeds Restaurant exceeded our expectations, both taste and price.
