The apartment was very spacious the location was great, the view to the lake was stunning, i would say you need a car if you want to be able to visit more places if you are restricted to ferry times can be a little annoying but still doable, stayed in Dec/Jan for new years eve be mindful there is nothing open in Tremezzo itself hardly any shops and no restaurants but if you have a car this is not an issue.

It was quiet and close to Lake Como There were great big fluffy towels and had everything you need for a night at lake Como. It is very small, so I would not recommend it for a longer stay

    For location and view I could score 20... hotel is at the top of a hill overlooking the lake. And there is an underground parking for the guests. Best place I can think about at Como Lake, at a convenient price. This is a family hotel, very attendive with their guests. Garden is a Paradise, view is Heaven. Rooms are fair, but who is staying in room at this location!! Restaurant is the best, very tasteful dishes, and big portions. Service is perfect, I would return every year!!

    - The hotel is a great base for exploring Lake Como's tourist spots, especially if you have a car. - Breakfast is excellent here, featuring fresh slices, tasty bacon pancakes, and more. It's the best breakfast we've had among similar-priced hotels. - There's free parking, including a cool underground option which is great during hot weather. - Extremely friendly staff. You can really feel the Italian hospitality and care. - The rooms are very clean and offer amazing views (mine had a lake view and a balcony).
