The garden is vast and extraordinary. It's beautiful with the two ponds and especially the children enjoyed the anymals: they have peacocks, a horse, goats and cute cats. Just 2 minutes by bike is the river tagliamento where you can play (swim) . The house is very clean and the hosts provide you with everything you need. They are very generous and offer a very good Continental breakfast. We spent there one night on our cycle toour from tarvis to grado but could have easily stayed longer. We can absolutely recommend the place!

This was one of the best place I have been staying recently. The hosts are very friendly and carefulness. The apartment is new, comfortable and clean. We had the great optional breakfast. I highly recommend the place for everyone.

We loved the area, beautiful scenery and fresh mountain air. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean, bathroom was also spotless with hot water and good water pressure in the shower. It was a cold night, so heating was turned up in the rooms, which was very welcome. The owner is very friendly and we loved her infectious laughter, you can hear it all around the property and it makes you feel at home! Excellent restaurant, great food, friendly service. I highly recommend this place when passing by or visiting this beautiful area.

Stefania and Roberto are excellent hosts. They genuinely make you feel at home away from home. They gave us advice and guidance about local restaurants and other businesses like a flower shop. They even booked us a table at a local restaurant, which turned out to be an excellent recommendation. We also enjoyed having a splash at the outdoor pool. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a real local hospitality experience in a tranquil environment.

    Great place for bikers taking Alpe-Adria route - located just at the newest part of it. Reasonable price; a bit older, but stylish outside, modern inside. Restaurant with local dishes and Italian approach to food - lovely !!!. Lots of parking space available. Good communication in English.

    Very functional hotel for bikers. Very big parking for bikes. Very good diner. Very clean and well maintained. Frige available in the room. Although located close to a busy road still rather quit.

    Hotel looks a bit dated from the outside but the rooms are modern, clean, with lots of space. Comfortable beds, black-out curtains and new windows make for a good nights sleep. Convenient location when traveling by car or bike, bike storage and free parking available. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

    I really recommend this charming apartment, the host is very nice and attentive to details, a place for bicycles is provided and there is a parking very close to the apartment, moreover Venzone is a lovely little Italian town on the Alpe-Adria route 👍

    Wonderful location, very clean, very spacious rooms and comfy bed, air conditioning. Free parking outside and another car park just around the corner. The rooms are new, stylish and modern, lovely breakfast and great coffee. The hotel owner Carla is very nice and friendly, we highly recommend this hotel :)
