It was a traditional Japanese experience. We were received with a warm and kindness treatment. I felt like part of the family, they care about we need, and support all the time. If you want a Japanese breakfast, this is the place, but advise them the day before, it worth it. P.S. you have to know that is not a conventional hotel, it is a Ryokan.

Not my first time here but I discovered I can log into my Netflix account on the TV. It was a gamechanger for me and my daughter. Also there is a microwave on the (I think 4th floor).

The service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff warm and welcoming. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely fantastic. The presentation of each was beyond expectation and all courses were delicious.
