We rented a car so we didn’t use the shuttle service so can’t comment on that but the parking was sufficient and only an 8-minute drive to Hirafu Gondola. Extremely clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast as well, self-serviced but there’s a variety. Oh and there’s a convenience store and supermarket just next to the property so getting food and supplies is no problem at all.Guest review byJun JoanYoung couple
