The apartment , the view , the location , the balcony . It was all superb , the quality is outstanding . We stayed during a 3 week tour of Japan to basically chill out and it's perfect. There's a great supermarket 10 mins drive away . A visit to Ritsurin Gardens and Shikoku Villiage is a must.. It's peaceful, quiet and so beautiful. You don't need to watch the TV with a view like that.

The location is excellent, everything else is poor. Beds poor, living room set up as a sales zone to get you to pay more to use the facilities. Garden overgrown with weeds. Poor maintenance. Check in cumbersome and, in our case incorrect. A complete waste of money...should have gone to local business hotel, would have been better.

The property was perfect. It was quite remote which we enjoyed after coming from the business of the city. The room was immaculately clean and spacious and was well equipped with amenities and cooking equipment. The view from the room and the huge balcony was beyond stunning. Would highly recommend staying here, and already have to many people! Would definitely stay here again and wish we had been able to stay longer.
