It was my second visit. We enjoyed the hot air-bath inside our room. The bed was very comfortable. I had a very good sleep & be able to recharge & refresh. The dinner & breakfast also good!

This was the best hotel I stayed in with my family this year! The professionalism and preparedness of the staff was exceptional frankly. But the human kindness with it was touching. My wife and daughter got lovely gifts and the next day my son as well: heartbreaking frankly. The quality of interior design, especially the tea lounge was enjoyable. The onsen had lovely details, an amazing view over the town, and complementary ice-creams the kids enjoyed. This was probably the highlight for my family during our Japan trip, due to hospitality care.
