About 10 minutes further up the hill from Eljab, the surrounding countryside offers panoramic mountain views. At sunset, the cows come to their own home, and the landlady milks the well-fed cows. The landlady's daughter is like Heidi of the Alps, and her younger siblings offer snacks from their pockets. Elsa also has a limited Wi-Fi, which is a bit of a drawback. The hot springs are at the Arasan Hotel (a non-residential hot spring; number 2 had a nice view). It felt like staying overnight at a Kirky family home.

Arashan Hotel is located in Altynarasan. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The hostel offers an à la carte or continental breakfast.

I might be under the influence of being in the mountains for three days prior, but this was hitting the spot. Between the food, the hot spring and the horse taxi to ala-kul this was simply amazing.

Awesome place, very clean, and cosy. The room has everything we need, plus it has a private bathroom, that's very rare in the area. And you can cook if you want, the kitchen is fully equipped. I wish the owner good luck, he is doing a great job maintaining the guest house in a great condition.

The property is at a perfect location, hardly 5 minutes by car from main market. Turat and his entire family are really hospitable, not once did we feel like strangers with them and they absolutely know how to host their guests. Turat personally ensures everything is being taken care of and even his mother and children are equally lovely people. The best part about property would be the rooms and the green house inside the property. They even offered me fresh roses, berries and cherry tomatoes for my girlfriend. Turat personally helped us plan the 4 days and even took us to some really nice places and was always available for everything. Overall everything went really well and exceptional love and service from Turat and his family would love to visit again. Originally We had booked just two days of stay but seeing everything we extended two more days and stayed there for a total of 4 days. Love from Diwanshu & Kristiana All the best 🥂

The place is a heaven for doing sports. Nearby there is a Karakol valley where you can go hiking or running. The guest house owners have bicycles and sup board for rent. There are places for doing these activities. Also, for those who like driving a car there is a jeep for rent available. The property itself is clean and neat. You can feel the design taste of it. Especially, I enjoyed a garden with a fireside in the evening. The property owners Julia and Vladimir are friendly and intelligent people. They are helpful and can provide an advice about activities at Karakol. Thank you!

A truly wonderful place surrounded by nature. A stream flows right in front of the property, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere.
