Staying at the karakol yurt village is an incredible experience. The hosts are a very friendly and kind Kyrgyz family, who not only provide an incredible stay, but make an effort to get to know their guests and offer them experiences in the Kyrgyz mountains. The food is fantastic - locally sourced ingredients and homemade Kyrgyz meals make for an amazing experience. I highly recommend staying here while/before trekking in Karakol!

What a wonderful experience! Mr. Mars' hospitality was exceptional, exceeding all expectations. He readily assisted with activities and transportation, even suggesting skiing when I had no plans. He arranged for a ski instructor who spoke excellent English. The hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully themed; my room was fresh and spotless, with clean linens. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each morning. Mr. Mars' thoughtful gesture of driving me to the bus station and ensuring I boarded the correct marshrutka was truly appreciated. Thank you so much, Mr. Mars and the Ordo Team!😄🫶🏼

Best family run Hostel (Feels like Home❤️) in Karakol. Located very close to center, the rooms are larger, meals were great, friendly, knowledgful & helpful Host & very Budget friendly. Jalil (Host) also has In-House guides for Trekking /Horse Trek, SUV for travel etc, I booked 2 Nights but ended up staying 3😊, There is a Inbuilt Sauna too for a fees, Will definitely will be going back soon😊✌️

The host, Maxim surely goes above and beyond to make sure that we had the most comfortable stay. And indeed, we loved it. The hostel itself is awesome, very comfortable bed in the tent, super clean bathroom and toilet, lovely kitchen and perfect meeting space with other travellers. Also the price is surely a steal! Couldn’t find a better deal than this. Would definitely come back if I have the chance to.

It was a pleasure to be the first guests at this newly renovated apartment. Everything was brand new, very clean and the host was super welcoming. Filled with amenities, including a washing machine, kitchen, and a super nice hot shower. We stayed at a few places across Kyrgyzstan and this was definitely our favorite. Highly recommend!
