It was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. i liked how the staff was very cooperative and assistive. Also the room i booked was spacious and comfortable. The gym is very nice and clean. Whole Prestige Heaven Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the stay thats for sure. Also was provided with breakfast plan without asking.

As soon as we were met at reception for our check in we had amazing customer service by Bilal. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, recommended restaurants, organised taxis for us and even coffees and beverages. Our room was cleaned perfectly and the air conditioning in the room was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!
