I loved everything about Halketha. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality from Chitra, Mary and Nelumi. We were taken to our villa across a beautiful landscaped garden that also stays true to its love for the natural environment. The villa itself was perfection - perfectly decorated, clean, homely but also provided you with a sense that you were in luxury. The outdoor bathroom was a cherry on top, with a beautiful araliya tree in the middle. During our stay, we were not only treated close to family, but the quality of service was nothing like I had seen in Sri Lanka for a long time. The food was authentically Sri Lankan, with a rich yet classic taste. The property is close to mini waterfalls and great walks. This is a stay I will keep coming back to. A reminder that authentic and wholesome experiences still exist in Sri Lanka.

Wow! What incredible service at Tree of Life. I was blown away by how dedicated and kind the staff were. We could communicate through WhatsApp before we arrived and they solved any problems we had. We had a sick child for this part of our stay and I was so relieved to be here as I felt we were so well looked after. Also loved the whole site, swimming at night with bats above and the luxurious outside shower.

A piece of heaven in the countryside of Sri Lanka. The villa is located inside a beautiful garden and just 10 min from the beach. The host will do everything to make you feel at home. I really appreciate that the host took me to visit the surrounding area free of charge. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of Sri Lankan, Indian or Western food. For a very reasonable price, he also offers an excellent dinner. Thanks again :)

What a find, such a lovely family such a warm and friendly welcome. Vish took us on a sight seeing trip to so many places he is an amazing guy so chilled and knowledgeable about the area food at the hotel was amazing. Definitely worth a visit and if you can get a tour with Vish take one.

Fantastic. Perfect location: behind the railway station and next to the beach. At the same time, very peaceful and far from noises. Beautiful villa with well-maintained swimming pool and perfectly cleaned rooms. Nothing is missing inside the apartments, both in the bedroom and bathroom, which have everything you need and are presented in a lovely way. Yes air conditioned. Yes hair dryer. Breakfast included: fresh juice, possibility to have coffee and eat both salty/sweet food. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly, smiling and happy to help for whatever necessity.
