    Everything was perfect. 2nd year in a row and haven't disappointed once. Parking is perfect, all services are top level, everything meets hygiene requirements and location is beautiful. Hot bath outside next to open waters is amazing. Host is very professional and if any problem occurs, solutions are accomplished ASAP.

    The property is very clean, spacious, modern and brand new. The house is easy and comfortable to use with all of the necessary furniture, features and equipment - a smart house. There is a beautiful view. The parking space is next to the house - easy access. The barbecue area is also next to the house - easy/quick access. Water activities, car park, barbecue - next to the property.

    Excellent stuff, very good breakfest, Parking inside teritory and also additional one next to gates. Elevator to access all the floors, but very beautiful wooden stairs (then possible to look into extra common facilities). Also was possible to have bikses to ride around Mālpils. No extra charge. Very comfortabe bed and finaly not too big pillows!
