We had an amazing two night stay! The beach in front of the property is gorgeous. There are hammocks in the water, swings, kayaks, paddle boards, and chairs in front of the water. The rooms are amazing and so comfortable with Netflix, air con, mini fridge, shower with hot water, etc. One of the best parts is being able to use the scooters to go all over town which is included. The property is out of the town but by having the scooters, it makes it easy to go into town. The property is super clean and the workers are very nice. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and includes a sandwich, fruit, and pastry. It's basic but good. You get one coffee pod to make in your room per day which is good. If you want you can purchase more. Each day they also restock your mini fridge with two beers, two waters and two sodas. They also clean your room daily and the property is kept very clean. This was definitely a splurge for us but if you use all of the amenities it can be worth it.

I‘ve stayed in 50+ hostels but never came across one like this. Everything is on point, there‘s nothing more you could wish for. The bunk beds are hands down the best I‘ve ever seen. With the slightly higher price tag come a lot of amenities like free laundry (!!), paddleboard and bikes. The owner and his crew are amazing persons as well. Moreover the hostel is super new (less than one year). It‘s the perfect place for everyone looking for a calm, relaxed place beyond the party hostels like Che next door.

Sebastian and his wife the owners of this «casa» are absolutely nice, careful and all else you could think about a property owners should take care about their clients. You can go there with closed eyes, you and your family will enjoy the experience a lot. The amenities are great including the swimming pool. The rooms are huge and well equipped. What an outstanding location and great vibe of staff. We loved the architecture, the great chefs and their exquisite cooking, the laguna and all activities around it. Our tree house was just perfection. We enjoyed this place very much. Definitely a highlight during our three weeks Mexico trip

We loved everything about this place! It consists of several wooden bungalows in a beautiful garden, backing onto the lake. Best thing about it is the large wooden pier extending into the lake with sunbeds, and swings and hammocks in the lake. The views are amazing and there are canoes you can use. Breakfast is simple but adequate. The staff is really great and helpful, and everything is very well kept and clean. Warmly recommended.

The location is absolutely amazing and so are the staff. We couldn't speak Spanish and the staff were extremely accommodating. They set up a WhatsApp group which makes everything extra smooth. The staff were helpful in booking taxis (and translating our needs for various stops to the drivers). Highly recommend availing of the kayaks (free) and jet ski to see more of the lagoon. We walked along a lot of the lagoon and visually seemed to be by far the best location to stay.

    Lovely hotel, immaculately maintained with beautiful gardens and pool area. Food served at breakfast and dinner was very good, staff very helpful and loved access to the free bikes. Is off street parking for a limited number of cars.

    Charming hotel, very well located opposite a pontoon providing free access to the lagoon (with lots of people!!). Spacious room. Easy street parking. 15 minutes walk from the city center. On the other hand, the rest does not follow... :(

    The livingroom was comfortable. Beds were comfortable too. A/C's were efficient. Nice big refrigerator. Secure parking inside a locked gate. It was nice that there was 1/2 a tank of drinking water on a countertop dispenser. Quiet neighbourhood. Sergio did his best to host us although I didn't get the impression it was his forte or main concern.
