This is really a special place, with excellent staff. Don't miss out on the tour, Felipe is a really nice host! The room was super spacious and comfortable, it was totally worth it to pick this location over Merida (which was our original plan).

Only a 20-minute drive from the historic centre of Mérida, Hacienda Santa Cruz is set in lush gardens and has 2 outdoor swimming pools.

We booked last minute due to the place we were booked in at being absolutely awful. This place was relatively cheap but looked at least better than where we were. We were absolutely blown away by everything about this place. The room was amazing. Breakfast - which is simply described as eggs, toast and coffee - was amazing and needs to be sold better. We had a lovely time. We used the laundry service and that was excellent too.

The best place where we stayed in our 2 weeks trip. Very comfy and large room well decorated and equipped. Friendly staff and very good breakfast 🥞 ! I would definitely come back there if back to Merida.

I'm sorry I don't remember the girls' names, but the staff was wonderful and caring, provided a lot of information. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with many small interesting interior details. The beds are very comfortable. Guests are free to use the large kitchen for their own needs. There is a parking space. The breakfast is presented tastefully, quite filling.

Beautiful spacious apartment with our own little kitchen, which we didn't need as there is coffee and tea making facilities and water in the dining room. Lovely little courtyard pool, delicious breakfast and such comfortable beds. Really appreciated the guidance for dinner recommendations and the guide books. Walking distance to heart of Medina too.

Wow, this is what a hotel should be. Great facilities, very clean, amazing host, very kind and helpful staff- members. We had the double room, ground level with two great beds. We went to the cenote and at no cost we could take beachtowels with us. The Wifi is good, the AC very cool, the decorations feel like a movieset, the swimmingpool is refreshing and there is both enough sun and shade to enjoy as you prefer. The freshly made breakfast is the cherry on top. All this for a price that can only be called a steal! Cannot recommend this hotel enough.
