    The place was great, comfortable, clean, great facilities and good pool. Also, the breakfast was amazing with different options to choose from. Also there is a CAFE so you can get online while you enjoy a great coffee. There is free parking area and i would recommend a car to make your experience easier in Tulum (cost of the taxis = renting a basic car).

    Apartment is great quality with AC in both rooms. Excellent value for money, location is a further out from Tulum central but not an issue if you have car, especially as car parking is available. The breakfast is a a la carte menu which is good standard although the coffee/tea is not the best quality.

    Big room with private toilet, AC and fridge. Friendly staff. Quite clean and comfortable bed. There is limited free parking in the front of entrance but you can park in the next street. It seems safe. Spacious room, a lot of place to put your luggage.

    It was easy to find with street parking, it's a couple of blocks from the main centro area and even though its on what I would call a main road, it was very quiet all day. The staff were friendly and ready to answer my questions and gave some great restaurant recommendations.
