delightful, very modern, all facilities and a very warm, friendly, helpful host. Breakfast was such a treat - an abundance of goodies, including very tasty hot bacon and egg, cerael, yogurs, cheeses, hams, fruits, assortment of breads and cake. Amazing!

Fabulous location, room and facilities plus a great breakfast and ideally placed for the waterside and the centre of Spakenburg. The hosts were fantastic and so helpful when we arrived very wet and bedraggled after a cycle ride in torrential rain all day.

Located in an eco area close to cycle paths and plenty of nature. Room was very clean and comfortable, private access and shared well equipped kitchen. The hotel is actually a large house, very well maintained with a classic design. There is a lot of privacy, in fact I occasionally heard staff or other residents, but apart from breakfast hours I didn't see anyone. The rooms are very comfortable, from the shower to the bed, the courtyard is beautiful, and the only staff member I met was lovely. Recommended experience, I will definitely be back.
