Location is very good in small beautiful city Kampen. We were pleasantly surprised because got more than expected. Very cozy and comfortable home. everything in the house is thought out and organized for a comfortable stay. very nice and friendly owners of the house, very good breakfast.

Ideally located with close secure parking. Walking distance to great restaurants, wonderful view and most off all being made feel so welcome by the owners. Oh and breakfast was pretty good too! The shower was amazing - the best of our whole trip.

The accommodation is in a good location in the north of Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe and was ideal for our bikepacking tour to cycle back to Germany from Zwolle the next day. The hostess was extremely friendly and attentive and also communicated with us in German :-) The accommodation was brilliant. You could cook for yourself in the evening after a long cycle tour after shopping in the nearby supermarkets in Nunspeet. Everything was extremely clean, the accommodation has a large bathroom and a nice living area to relax in the evening. All in all, a clear recommendation!

Everything was great! Marleen met me and gave me the keys. She was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. There were some complementary snacks: sugar-glazed almonds and two cartons with fruit juice. The apartment was large, spotlessly clean and had everything (a fully equipped kitchen, bathrobes (which were very om point, considering the fact the weather was very cold for the end of May, and it was a bit chilly in the evenings), a fridge with a freezer, a hair drier etc.) The neighbourhood is very safe (well, Urk IS a very safe city in general), there are two bakeries, a supermarket, a sweets store and a slaughter shop next door. The beach is a few minutes away by foot.

Very nice location, in the middle of Dutch countryside, perfect to unwind and relax, safe and very clean, available parking spots, the property is nicely designed and the room is spacious, clean, with comfortable bed and huge bath. We received a very warm welcome and got a detailed explanation of the room right away. Breakfast was excellent – especially the fact that you can get an egg cooked exactly the way you like every day. The location is decent for Defqon, and Zwolle train station is super easy to reach. The hotel is located right by the shopping street, which is perfect for grabbing a snack or doing some shopping. We also really enjoyed the beautiful koi pond in the garden, which we admired every day because we love fish. Highly recommended for Defqon visitors! Definitely use the taxi driver recommended by the host – that was a real insider tip!
