Reception friendly and helpful (we had a car problem and they did their best to help). Room compact but very comfortable and ideal for an overnight stop for the England ferry. Beautiful weather and the location made it a pleasant location, view over the port. Beautifully renovated building with fascinating history. Breakfast at Hotel America - just a short stroll away - ideal start to the day!

Great apartment, it had everything we needed and the staff were very helpful. Great location it's about 5 minutes walk to the beach and 25 minutes into the town. There is a bike shop in the town that will bring a bike to you and collect it if you want to rent one.

Even though the purpose of the trip was work related, I had the feeling that I’ve been on vacation. Great hotel with top facilities. Room is very comfortable and spacious, and is also very quiet. Breakfast with plenty of options although with no variation from one day to the other. Restaurant is also good with good options however a bit expensive.

    Location, location, location. This place is less than a 5-minute walk from the Metro station, the ferry passenger terminal and the main shopping area. Large, free car park for those arriving by car. And directly opposite the Berghaven for those arriving by boat! Efficient check-in. Clean and comfortable room. Good Wi-Fi. Our first stay here but definitely not the last.

    Excellent location in the center of Hook of Holland, close to shopping, restaurants, train station, and port. Free public parking within a few blocks. Lovely hotel, and very nice room. Coffee/tea facilities in room, along with a refrigerator. Very good breakfast. Be careful on the staircase as it is steep, but there is a lift available.
