The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect. The hosts had thought of everything we might need. We asked to extend our check out time by a few hours and they were really accommodating. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again if I ever came back to Rotterdam.

In particular, I would like to highlight the excellent location – it truly adds to the convenience and comfort of staying at your establishment. I would also like to commend the professionalism and friendliness of your staff – everyone was attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. The housekeeping was done very thoroughly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. At the same time, I would like to share a few suggestions that might help enhance the guest experience even further. 1. Sound insulation: During the evening and nighttime, noise from other guests could sometimes be heard. This might be due to the building’s structural design. If there is an opportunity to improve soundproofing in the future, it would certainly add to the comfort of guests who prefer a quieter and more restful stay. 2. Room size: The room I stayed in was quite compact. While it was well-organized and very tidy, perhaps a bit more space for personal belongings would make it even more comfortable for future guests. 3. Dining options: It would be great to see halal-friendly meal options included in the menu. This would allow guests with dietary preferences and traditions to feel even more comfortable during their stay. Once again, I sincerely appreciate the warm welcome and excellent service. The most caring and thoughtful hospitality team I’ve ever experienced! The photos of the hotel themselves have already been so beautiful, hence my decision to propose to my fiance there. But being there enjoying the facilities and room, and especially getting all the help I could have asked for from the front desk and room service teams who all helped my setting up my proposal night for her. So again, thanks Room Mate Bruno for this memorable moment for the two of us! Regarding our stay, the room is so spacious for two, and super clean in that manner as well. Getting around the city from here is great also, if you’re planning to travel by tram since there’s a station just around the corner. One last bonus is the Food Hallen right on the ground floor so you can enjoy so much type of food if for someday you plan to “eat in”.

    All was really good except the fact that television was not working. They just changed the service provider and this could be announced on the web site. I couldn’t see the final EU 2024. Beside this there are no complaints. Rooms are really spacious and room service and bar are great. There is also underground parking with an extra fee.

    The location was perfect. The bed was super comfy, the dense mattress was exactly to our liking and the room was very clean. The Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful, 5 stars more than deserved :) Helped with all the necessary information to tour Rotterdam. The underground car park was exactly what we wanted and the staff explained to us perfectly how to find our designated parking lot. The lobby and dining area looked very smooth and clean.
