Very friendly owners, very clean, water bottles, coffee and tea available in the room , and great bedroom space - the bed is very comfortable , and very quiet. Breakfast was also available on time and with a good variety. definitely recommend!

Lovely fires in lobby. Made a very welcoming feel. Attentive staff, really comfortable beds. Meat and cereals, fruit lovely for breakfast. Evening meal beautiful, especially sitting by the window. Lovely atmosphere. Lovely hotel!!!!!!

It was on a quiet location on the edge in a suburb. The view was nice, large garden and the neighbours have Emus. Overall the B&B is very cosy and the bed very comfortable!

Light, airy room with spacious bathroom attached. Excellent shared facilities to prepare your own meal including microwave, crockery, cutlery, pans, 2 pits cooker, kettle and free coffee and tea. The holiday house is next to the owners house. They are located next to their horse stables. They also have two lovely dogs. The location is great if you are using the house as a base. We traveled on day trips to Germany and Utrecht very easily. There is a small village about a mile from the house with a bar but no shop. The house is very clean with a well equipped kitchen.

In the middle of agricultural land, and on the edge of woodland, this is a small holiday park, with a number of converted farm houses, and a few simple but well equipped modern cabins. We BBQ'd in the evenings and sat out, listening to the birds. The children in the party enjoyed seeing the chickens roaming free. A great safe place for families with young children. The local station is a convenient 4 minutes drive away, with my daughter coming up by train all the way from Munich.

    Food all round was good, both evening meal and breakfast. The service from the reception lady on arrival was also good as she was kind enough to provide a small electric heater for our room. Car parking was also good as was the location in relation to the main routes.

    The Breakfast was great. The Staff are usually nice. They offered me a new room hoping to resolve my Wi-Fi connectivity problem after several complaints. The rooms were comfortable. Car parking was available.
