This property exceeded our expectations in all aspects - Exceptional customer services by the hosts, Cleanliness, Facilities, ambience, space, easy access to city and other tourist spots. The location was close to everything. Kmart down the road, take away close by. Near the hwy for other Rotorua adventures. Check in was easy. The furniture is comfy. Beds were nice. The place was clean . The kitchen has everything you need including aluminium and plastic wrap. The host was very responsive when questions asked.

The host is the most friendly and warm welcoming person you will ever meet. She helped us a lot in planning our trips. Gave us wonderful, excellent, and accurate information, which was essential for our planning. Thank you. The room is excellent, you will find everything you need. The breakfast is amazing. There are so many good things! Wish we could stay longer. Make yourself a favour and book a stay at this accommodation. We will be returning there if we ever come back to NZ.
