Great location, between Tirau and Matamata, lovely and peaceful with the morning bird song! Great parking right next to the unit, it was lovely and clean and comfortable - the perfect place to stay. The breakfast was also lovely, fresh baked bread and lots of variety!

The rental was fantastic! We instantly felt at home. The location was perfect for our daily outings. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Great parking space. Breakfast was filling and had a good variety of options- we loved the lemon curd jelly!! Julie checked in on us to make sure we were happy. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Had evening meal & breakfast which were both excellent. Enjoyed the soak in the hot springs, lovely location, parking great, very homely and welcoming atmosphere. Staff were great

Such a lovely place to stay at, it had fluffy bathroom towels, shower toiletries, ac, TV with movie selection to watch, extra blankets and pillows, large bed, full kitchen with some complimentary items, available parking right in front of the guesthouse, very quiet throughout our stay, we LOVED IT!
