“Metropole Hotel is one of those places in Murree that instantly makes you feel welcome. The check-in was smooth, and the staff remained courteous throughout the stay. It is an exceptional venue with an excellent staff, international cuisine, and a marvelous view. I took a large suite facing the mountains and was enthralled. I congratulate the managing director for his "over-the-top" attention to the finer points of hospitality.

Waqas was very helpful and made us very comfortable. From the get go he let us choose the rooms we liked and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location and rooms were perfect. The shower pressure is amazing as it’s cold in the morning and it had good warm water.
