We were kindly received and allowed with no fuss to check in early. It was local to where we needed to be and do perfect for us. We liked the balcony that you could see the sunset from. The 24 hr reception was very helpful if we needed anything. The tour operator picked us up at the hotel so that was wonderful and there was a shop for groceries really close by. Easy to walk from.

Very clean. Staff very professional. Probably the best hostel I've stayed. The only bad thing is that I haven't a plug and a lamp attached to my bed. But it wasn't a problem for me.

The owner was extremely friendly and receiving, our room was extremely clean with all new furniture and very efficient aircon. We also enjoyed the pool which was super refreshing after very warm day, I would not hesitate to return to this accommodation it is highly recommended when in CasteloBranco

The Hotel was lovely and the views were beautiful. The Managers, Isabella and Lucus were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We will definitely visit again. I suppose the only thing I would change is maybe to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, but I don't think that this is a thing in Europe so no problem with this.

Beautiful Property tastefully designed, cosy room and very comfortable bed. Have lovely welcoming amenities in a room, which you would might only get in 4* hotels. The owners are absolutely amazing - very warm, friendly , helpful. They def take very good care of the property and the guests - thanks a million ! A very special place, super comfortable and so much to enjoy. We came to decompress and relax after boom festival. Stayed for 3 nights. We went in the sauna and steamroom, we had a massage, the breakfast is fresh and excellent. We went out to feed the animals. The room is big, beautiful and royal. The bed is a dream. It’s great for kids, will come back when we have them :-).
