Very lovely place. Its quiet and the views over Funchal are beautiful. The towels and linen were neat and clean. Its a detached room with very optimized use of space. There is even a micro and fridge with ample utencils. Coffee and cakes are also provided in the room, that's a very nice touch.

No breakfast. Location was very central and accessible. Great for walking around the old city and for accessing bus services. The location was on a small busy street which was lively (even noisy) during the day, but we enjoyed seeing and hearing life outside. Very close to two large supermarkets and many small coffee shops etc. The apartment building itself was quiet. We got the impression that several of the apartments were occupied by non-tourists.

    Sara is very nice and friendly, she did everything we would feel comfortable and like at home. The hotel itself has good location in quite area and its not far from the city center. It’s very clean and tidy, the view from the windows and terrace where you can have breakfast is amazing. There is free parking nearby. Breakfast is simple but good.

    Although we arrived during the night due to delay of flight, host was very kind upon arrival and handed us the keys! Room was very spacious and loved the big bathroom ;-) The location is a little bit from the city center, but with a bus stop at less than a min walk, it was very easy to go up and down! Free parking lot in front of the house if you have a rental car.

    Very friendly, flexible and uncomplicated staff. Beautiful view from the balcony. Large rooms, two bedrooms, and enough space for the whole family or for a larger group. You have a parking lot direct in the underground car park in the building and you can find restaurants, shop etc in 1-3 minutes. Funchal is 10 min. by car, and the airport is 30-35 minutes. Perfect place for longer stay also.

    The stuff we’re very nice, they even offered us present for anniversary. We had a problem with the shower and they just fixed it on the same day. It is very good located, near to the supermarket, the highway and a shopping center. They have a payed parking lot but outside the hotel you can often find free parking.
