Our room was spacious and very clean, and the huge bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts were incredible - big portions, variety of cheeses and meats, eggs, fresh bread, lots of fresh fruits. The coffee was very good. It filled us up for many-hours treks on levadas. There are multiple really good seafood restaurants within walking distance and the bakery downstairs is excellent. The ocean roaring just below the balcony and you can watch it from bed. We could spent a week here but could easily spend more. The place is spotless clean, comfy bed, the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of parking space. Had two dinners at Maktub restaurant and it was awesome too. We'd love to return.
