It was absolutely stunning You cannot beat a 300 year old property lovingly n thoughtfully restored to it’s original glory n grace without the dedication n devotion of the hosts Roxana and Tony. Your vision, hard work n drive to give this place back its own ‘life” is beyond belief. Then you throw in, after enjoying the beauty of the surrounds, the host’s graciousness from welcome to farewell. Beyond our expectation when booking.and a truly personal feel. The location is great, with an amazing view towards the old basilica on top of the hill. House was very spacious, clean, cozy and warm and with all you need for a nice vacation. Hosts were very helpfull and they prepared a very tasty breakfast for our family, plus some welcome snacks :) Next time we'll try the 'ciubar' in front of the house.

It was all as described. Everything quiet, warm and cozy. It was a very nice place to come back from a full day on the ski slopes at Paltinis, only 25 minutes away. We were also happy to have an available parking lot every evening.

Dominic is a wondering host who looked after us very well providing us with great food for breakfast and dinner. The guesthouse is located in traditional village with few small food shops and a beautiful church. It is easy to reach Sibiu or the mountains by car.

We were a group of 10 people and really enjoyed our stay! Great place for larger groups - a big plus that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Lovely patio, peaceful surroundings, perfect for relaxing. Nice grilling corner - very well thought out. Large and comfortable beds. Everything was very clean. We had 8 motorcycles and 2 vans, which fit in the parking area. The only small issue was no kettle, but we managed fine:) The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Highly recommended! Great base for trips to the Transalpina and Transfagarasan roads.

After a last minute booking we were very well received by the hosts with drinks and home-grown fruit. They were very warming and thoughtful and the place was very pleasant. The apartment was clean and well equipped, with access to a big terrace and access to the parking in the yard. Great location, 10 min walk to the center.
