We loved our bungalow! We had an outside bathroom with a bathtub in a shape of a heart <3 the room was big and with a view on the river (around 18:30 you can hear and observe the water flow rising because of the dam opening!). Bed was huge and super comfortable. We also took breakfast and it was a choice of eggs or omlet (good one!), fruits and toasts with jam. We liked that there was Ovomaltine chocolate to drink ;) Close by there are 2 good restaurants. We used the option of renting a motorbike (they come pick you up and take you to the rental!) which is much needed in this area. We asked the owners of our accommodation for recommendations where to go (despite the lake tour, which we did in the morning before the check-in) and one of them was absolutely amazing - the Khao Na Nai Luang Dharma temples! Mystical path connecting 5-6 temples, each of them is unique and they all have a great view. We can also recommend the Wang Matcha cave (and the Diamond/Kaew cave above it) and the Khao Sok Elephant Sanctuary (very ethical, we went there for the 40-minutes feeding).

Very authentic experience. We also met the sweetest family in the owners who will do anything in their power to make sure you have the best experience and stay. Nice and very cheap food. This was our best stay in Thailand. ❤️ The location is quite remote but you can contact the staff to come pick you up. The tent was so comfortable, the view was magnificent, the staff so helpful, they even delivered dinner to us. Everything was clean and our stay was so incredibly relaxing ... I wish we stayed longer! They organized a ride for us early in the morning to Cheow Lan Lake pier and they brought us breakfast. Everyone is so nice and welcoming but also respectful of your space, it was an experience we'll never forget, we'll come again!

Very nice location in the middle of the forest, next to the river. The wooden tents are cozy, equipped with a fan and to my surprise there was no mosquitos inside. The bathroom is in another small building, all clean. The host organises different activities, such as bamboo rafting which was a great fun.

Beautiful and very private place in the forest at the river. The location is convenient for visiting the Cheow Lan Lake, and close to the pier with a variety of boat tours. The country side is picturesque and nice to explore. 7/11 just a few minutes drive. The owner of the place and staff are wonderful; they organized bikes for us, as it's difficult to move around without them. The house we stayed in was spotless, spacious, and very well equipped. It had a nice balcony overlooking the forest. The AC worked smoothly and was silent, WiFi was fast and reliable. The highlight though is the restaurant with absolutely amazing variety of food, some of best we had in Thailand so far. I recommend Phantip travel agency for getting there, would be difficult otherwise.
