Nice and well set up facilities, apparently being expanded, nice buiding with different environments, we stay in 1st floor room with a small window to the patio, would have appreciated AA, good breakfast. From my perpective, if you have a car, worth considering as alternative to stay in Goreme for visiting Capadoccia.

The location is amazing, nice view on the terraces. Rooms are new and clean, the heating works very well, no damp. Breakfast is good and was served especially for us. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented. Manager Malik contacted us after reservation and helped to arrange activities. We spent the last night in the executive suite - a combination of authentic cave and luxury, highly recommended.

This was one of three hotels we stayed at during our trip. We were upgraded to the presidential suite because it was the low season, and honestly, I was reluctant to even step out of the room. Everything about this place is incredible—the rooms, the staff, the service, and especially the food. Not to mention the fantastic location!

Favorite hotel in Turkey for 20 days。The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and had plenty of hot water.The balcony is also very big.There is an elevator.Hot air balloons can be seen from the roof.The hotel helped us book the hot air balloon, which was very professional and a perfect air journey.It is less than 2 minutes drive to the center of town, which is very convenient but quiet. The staff were also very helpful. My daughter likes the kitten at the door very much. We call the kettle is Little B.
