We were greeted very warmly at reception and although the manager had limited English, we communicated through Google translate and smiles. He was very helpful and communicated promptly through WhatsApp. Our apartment had a lovely view and was very clean and spacious. Can highly recommend.

We came from Saudi Arabia as a family. The rooms are the same as in the photo and clean. It is very similar to Trabzon in nature. The hotel is very close to places to visit in Sapanca, Masukiye and Ormanya. Breakfast and foods are delicious.

The localisation is amazing - just few minutes by walk from bus station, many many restaurants around, the place is pretty quiet, and taxis are available. The hotel staff is very nice, always helpful, and available on WhatsApp, so in case of any trouble you can get a help from them. Place is very clean, rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is nutritious and very varied. The perfect place to stay for a business trip or city tour.
