The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The conditions of hotel and room is immaculate. We have participated the klin cooking activity which is very fun even it was tiring and hot during the summer. During the preparation of food, we have been treated well with complimentary guava and winter melon iced tea. The hotel staff also arranged the additional farm visit and pond fishing. I'm glad to see the hotel put a lots of effort on promote Taiwan traditional food and old time leisure. It was a great experience for local and foreign visitors.

Very nice place to stay with lovely staff. We had a massive room and there was a washing machine in the King Suite that was quite useful to do laundry, however a clothesline to hang clothes would have been appreciated. The room is very clean and comfortable. There is a luggage storage facility which is great and easy to use. We had an issue with the room key not working at the entrance and they were very responsive on Line. There’s a little plastic door on the card reader and you’re supposed to open it even though sometimes it works fine without opening it. The wifi is very good, we were working remotely and had video calls and had no connection issues. Highly recommend Chapter 127 for anyone who needs a place to stay in Tainan.

It was so impressive the moment you arrived at the lobby, where you can find a beautiful designed front desk, with a little coffee shop, souvenir corner and bookstore. Staff were all so efficient and nice, like all the Taiwanese, and their key card leather holder with a Tainan guide book may be one of the best ideas I have ever seen in a hostel/hotel. I stayed in the female dormitory for 1 night. The bathroom is clean and quipped with enough showers and amenities you need. The bed is comfy and the dormitory space is so spacious! My friend and I spent a lot of time having our late night snacks in the common area, which is also nicely designed and cozy to stay at. Their breakfast at the restaurant is also very good! P.S. I love their uniform so much! So special and trendy :)

Very friendly and supporting stuff. They gibe you a Feeling of living in a 5star hotel for rich people . The room accoustic was perfect, no noises , no people. The breakfast was one of the beste buffets I habe ever seen. I can recommend it to everyone in Tainan. And very very clean.

The breakfast came as a buffet breakfast and offered a broad choice between western and asian cuisine. The room was very spacious. They offered a can and a machine for filtered water and ice cubes was available on the floor. A large desktop was available for working. One of the best hotels during my stays in Taiwan. Absolutely recommendable.
