The kindness of Teresa and Tim, you feel like you're part of the family as soon as you step in. Their house is so beautiful, the bedroom we had was very nice. The garden is wonderful, with a direct view on the Kings River, it feels really relaxing. We played there with their dog, who's a very good boy. The neighborhood is quiet. The breakfast was delicious! The recommendations we received were great!

They had a great breakfast where they asked what you would like and then made it for you. They were farm fresh eggs right from the property. They were so hospitable and gave so many good ideas to do in the National parks there. We could not have been made more welcome. They had a small acreage with some chickens, emus, turkeys, goats etc. plus a nice coy pond. They did have a nice swimming pool but we decided not to use it but instead spent time at the nice lounge by the pool talking and sharing. It was by far the nicest most hospitable place we went the whole holiday. We will definitely go there again when we return to the area. It is very close to the two national parks and they are so good to give extra advice.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Rustic Rooms Barn Loft! Everything was perfect. The pool is absolutely exceptional — a real highlight of our stay. Bobbie and Mike are incredibly welcoming hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even took the time to suggest fun activities for our children, like discovering the animals living on the property. We’ve honestly never met hosts as warm and thoughtful as they are. The Barn Loft itself is very well equipped and comfortable, and the location is simply magical — right in the heart of the hills, beneath the breathtaking Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Ruth's home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's 2 hours drive from Yosemite Valley, and you can find plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and cozy, the mattress was comfortable, and it was lovely to find complimentary water and snacks. The private bath was also clean and offered shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/towels. Checkout time at 11 am was fantastic since we needed to get a good sleep after a road trip. Ruth was always responsive and friendly. I recommend this place!
