Fabulous hotel! Great service! Room and everything is superclean, new, comfy! Rooftop bar is amazing, great views, life music!. Coffee at downstairs is excellent (not sure why some rate it bad), price is not that bad (large Americano 6.5, regular 4.5). Absolutely loved every second in that hotel and would return! Some downsides: my room was on 11th floor and I heard talking, music from rooftop bar until 1 am but airplugs blocked it so I was not bothered much, you can sleep well. Bed is super, linen as well. Shampoo in the room had finished - they refilled quickly. Fridge does make loud noice in the middle of the night - the fix is that you open the door and close it again which stops the noice. Keycard in the lift needs to be hold on the reader long time. But, these were all minor issues, and did not bother me. Go to a community grocery store and a wine store-bar (2 min) - they are excellent. My new home in SF for sure.

Our stay at Inn San Francisco was a “we got it right” booking moment! The house is absolutely beautiful, charming and welcoming. Liza, Marty and Evelyn are each so lovely and were extremely helpful with everything we needed, and great to chat with. Our room was fabulous, all original furniture and fixtures from the time it was built, which we loved. Totally charming. The outdoor hot tub is a relaxing way to chill out after a day of wandering and sightseeing. The daily breakfast is divine, good choice of fresh food, coffee, tea, serving at a civilised time between 8-11am. There’s coffee, tea and other hot drinks available 24/7 in the main lounge. The lounge/breakfast room is welcoming and cosy, we enjoyed chatting with other guests. There’s a huge range of books and games. It feels like your own grand, charming home - if only for a few days!! Something else I need to mention is the brilliant location. Right near shops, restaurants, parks, bars - fabulous vibe. Liza, Marty and Evelyn will give you some tips I’m sure.     The condo, has 3 well proportioned bedrooms. Decent kitchen and bathrooms as well as a parking space. It was well placed to get an Uber to the local BART station so very easy to get in and out of the San Francisco.
