Staff were friendly and helpful. The tram service was so convenient. Breakfast was good and buffet was reasonably priced. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room, especially Jenny.

The hosts here are incredible. Constantly available, they had items in the fridge waiting for us, and were super friendly and accommodating. The place is a home away from home. Perfectly clean, all the amenities we could need. As two friends traveling for spring training we each felt we had our own space, complete with our own bathrooms and bedrooms.

This is an old house whose interior has has been redesigned and re-engineered with great care and taste, using top notch materials and decorated beautifully. The premises were immaculate and it was furnished with very tasteful furniture. The amenities for clients and the material used for coffee and snacks was also of a very high quality. The common area was very appealing and warm and the pool was in excellent shape. Too bad we did not meet the owner (s). It is definitely a place we will be happy to stay in if we return to Dunedin.

Biggest Rooms ever! Comfortable beds and the Kitchenette is well equipped. Nice and quiet room which we asked for. Walking distance to various shops and bars. Free parking on site and good WIFI. On site shop is also a bonus!

I was nervous about the restaurant being right outside our room. Although it was loud the place closed at 9pm and 10pm and everything was quiet (except for the staff leaving and yelling/laughing across the parking lot to each other after 10:00PM). The view was wonderful of the bay and able to walk on the dock and sit and watch the fishermen and boats was really relaxing. Steps away from the shopping area and resturants.

    The space was beautiful! It included a screened in porch off the living room and a balcony off the bedroom. We had access to the pool, our own parking spot and convenient trash facilities. We were right off Highway 19 and central to everything. Check in and check out went extremely smooth, thanks to our host Mari.

    The accommodation has a private entrance and the parking lot is in front of the house entrance. Very convenient. It was nice to walk just a few steps to our accommodation ( on a very hot or rainy day). Very clean and spacious. We appreciate for keeping the items for the beach in the accommodation. We used them on the beaches.
