I was told the valet parking was unavailable even though the spots were empty. We were directed to parking lots about 10 walking minutes away from the hotel. We ended up parking in a garage and had to take an Uber back to the hotel. This experience caused us a lot of stress and loss of about 2 hours of an already short trip.
