The location was excellent. We were meeting family at Logan Airport and it was so convenient. The room was nice and was certainly good for an overnight stay. The staff was so helpful and full of information.

From cleanliness, location, to the size of the room, everything was exceptional. Even though, it's not at downtown, it's perfectly located near a hub of factory outlets of big brands and there are so many cafes around the area, so finding food and shopping is absolutely sorted. There's a train station nearby, accessible on foot as well to get to downtown. Overall, we had an amazing time here.

The hotel is very conveniently situated near freeway, and near public transport. It also provide airport shuttles, which is so convenient. Its near a supermarket and shops, and restaurants nearby, so food is not a problem to find. We liked the Silver Line no 3 bus, about 5 minutes walk from the hotel, that took us all the way to South Station, which is only 10 minutes walk to Chinatown. The journey on the bus was only 20 minutes. It's also 15 minutes walk to Chelsea old town, established in the year 1624, where you can find plenty of South & Central American, and Mexican types of food, that's an adventure for us trying these food.

    The two employees working when I checked in made me want to return. They were friendly and helpful, extremely informative and efficient. They arranged parking, the taxi for the next morning, told us about breakfast and encouraged us to go and helped us pick a takeout for the evening. Absolutely excellent service.
