Our stay at the Inn was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Newport. First and foremost, the location of the Almondy Inn is absolutely fantastic. It is within walking distance of all the major attractions and sights in Newport, making it incredibly convenient for visitors. Whether you want to explore the historic mansions, stroll along the waterfront, or shop and dine in the downtown area, everything is just a short walk away. The innkeepers at the Almondy Inn are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that their guests are comfortable and well taken care of. They truly know what they are doing and are always happy to provide recommendations and advice on the best things to see and do in Newport. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with high-end furnishings and amenities that make for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail is apparent in every aspect of the Inn, from the comfortable bedding to the sparkling clean bathrooms. Finally, the homemade breakfast served every morning is simply delicious. It is the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore all that Newport has to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend the Almondy Inn to anyone travelling to Newport. We loved our stay, the room was immaculately clean and very pretty. The terrace with views over the lovely white church, roofs and the sea at sunset beautiful. The hosts were very heartfelt and the parking not too far away from the house. Besides you can park next to the building when checking in and dropping off the luggage into the room. The parking lot was easy to find because of the detailed explanation from the host and the walk back was short and beautiful because of the very nice location. We traveled through New England for 3 weeks sleeping in 18 different B&B´s but here we got the best breakfast of all of them and were talking and dreaming about it often.
