Susan at the front desk was very receptive to our needs. We had a 6 pm game time , Cubs vs Brewers. We did not want to check in at 4 and she arranged for us and family members who also had a room to be accommodated. As was advertised, the hotel was very close to the ballpark. Provided soaps, lotions, and a hairdryer. Hot water in shower and sink, good water pressure. AC worked great. Blackout curtains in room. Lots of options to watch on TV. Got to check in about a half hour early, front desk lady was very friendly and professional. Lobby was very clean, quiet, and smelled nice. Hallways were quiet too. Plenty of close parking.
