Everything! Above all, the kindness and right attitude of the staff. These guys are truly awesome and the soul to this beautiful property. We shared great moments and conversations. By the way, special mention to the young kids of the owners, whom I have to say they are the best football players in Uzbekistan and maybe.. will play in La Liga in the future:-). A Truly Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of History Staying at this hotel was an absolute highlight of my trip. Located right in the heart of the old town, the property itself is a beautifully preserved madrasah, rich in character and atmosphere. You feel the history in every corner — it’s like living inside a museum, but with all the modern comforts. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this unique place to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable experience.

My husband and I stayed at the historic room, which was fantastic. The Location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. The staff was very polite, helpful, especially Jack, who spokes excellent English. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Duston hotel.

An excellent hotel right in the heart of the historic center of Bukhara, just steps away from the art museum. Despite being so central, the rooms face an inner courtyard, making it incredibly quiet while still allowing plenty of light into the room. The hotel is brand new, and the staff, a family, are truly dedicated to making your stay comfortable. They also offer an affordable transfer service: I used it and didn't regret it. What else? I’ve stayed in 8-10 hotels across Uzbekistan, and this was the first where I was welcomed with tea upon arrival. Highly recommend!

    Next to city centre and main attractions. Free parking nearby. Nice and friendly staff, uncomplicated check-in. We were offered fresh watermelon and melon before going to sleep, which was really appreciated with the burning hot August weather :)
