• “A truly authentic Mekong experience! The bungalow was simple but charming, surrounded by fruit trees and lotus ponds. We loved cycling through the village, joining a local family for cooking, and just relaxing in the peaceful garden. Staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home.” • “If you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place. But if you want authenticity, warm hospitality, and nature, Mekong Rustic is perfect. The highlight for us was waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying breakfast with fruits picked from the garden.” • “The cooking class and market visit were unforgettable. Loved everything about here. The place is brand new and in pristine condition. The room was ultra clean, bright and spacious. Balcony had lovely views in all directions. The grounds were well laid out with nice lighting and planting. We ate in a beautiful thatched area on stilts and surrounded by water. The food was fresh and tasty! The family were helpful and very friendly. They provided bicycles to tour the island, a trip on their boat as well as complimentary fruit and water. Without doubt our best ever home stay. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Mr. Vu is the soul of this wonderful place. He takes care of his guests like no one else. You don’t need to think about asking because he already prepare it. Vu organise everything you need with love, has a lot of humour, so you are always happy around him. The family team are also very kind and prepare the most delicious food. Ki, ki , the dog, is always around and he feels that he need to protect the guests, even that we are in a safe environment. The hotel is walking distance to a place where you can find a bit of everything and it is safe to walk around, even at night. Mekong river it is in front of the hotel. Breakfast is fresh and delicious with homemade products. We feel ourselves at home. Vu is honest and fare, take you to tours around delta and explain everything you need to know, and in a very good English, which is precious in a country that few people can talk good English. Thank you for your offers like coffee, fruit and water and for organising our way in and out of your place. hope we can visit you again.

The location is so beautiful and the layout of the property is done really well and spacious. The best part is definitely the host, she is the sweetest person, she works really hard and is always so helpful and cannot do enough for you! The boat tour was great and super easy as river is on the doorstep. She made us food and accommodated vegan. Definitely get the pancake!! Even helped us organise transport to and from HCM, just amazing

Very helpful and sympathic staff. Nice and clean typical wooden room. Decent breakfast. Good dinner at reasonable price. You can book some excursions (boat tour...) or borrow a bike to discover the area by your own. Last but not least : cool down at the swimming pool after a hot day!
