Absolutely the best, not just from the point of view of accomodation (which is clean, very comfortable, and very well equipped), but especially thanks to great person of the owner, who is really helpful. He arranged the bus from the airport for us, and he helped us with the motorbike trip around the loop (including rent of very good motorbike). He was ready during whole journey as a "friend on phone " to help us with everything, each time when we had any question or problem, he was ready on whatsup. It was absolutely amazing "all inclusive" service, we appreciate it and can recommend this accomodation to everybody.

I've been traveling alone in Asia for a few months and this is the place that I felt most like home. I had stayed at the hotel before my Loop and when I finished I was a little sick. I knew that Loop Central Stay was the ideal place to recover, because I felt really cared for by them the first time, comfortable and welcomed. I extended my stay to almost one week. I could say how wonderful the hotel and the rooms are (because they really are) but I think nothing sums it up better than saying that I leave Ha Giang feeling like I have a little family in Vietnam. Lucifer and his team welcome you and make your stay very pleasant, they are attentive, they solve any doubts you may have. You are wonderful! Thank you very much for taking such good care of me! Very good position, located in a very quiet and nice new block of the city. Hotel is recently build and all new. Staff is very kind and friendly, the breakfast was really good, we got served a freshly made scrambled egg ban mì with coffe. The hotel offers a locked place to store your motorbike, having two bikes with us this was very convenient. Beds are comfortable as are the blackest, shower has moderate pressure but most importantly hot water for a reasonable time shower.

I had an incredible experience at this place! The owners are truly amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The value for the price is unbeatable — you're getting so much more than you'd expect. We rented a motorbike during our stay, and the owners even gave us great tips for doing a loop on our own, which made our adventure so much more enjoyable. As a thoughtful gesture, they also helped us book a bus to Ninh Binh and allowed us to freshen up before our overnight journey. We were really grateful for their kindness and hospitality. This stay was one of the highlights of our trip, and we’ll definitely be recommending it to everyone we know. Highly recommend!

Was great value for money. Secure parking for motorbike and super friendly hosts. Room was very large and had choice of which one we preferred. Had view over the street. Had complimentary water machine to fill bottles.
