Overall, this was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our tour of Vietnam, which included 12 different hotels and 30 days. Ocean view room was very spacious. Like all Vietnam hotels, the staff are all very courteous and helpful. I like that they were taking particular care to keep the facilities and grounds well maintained and clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Sakurakyo Hotel. The hotel was spotless, reflecting excellent attention to cleanliness. The staff provided enthusiastic and professional service, always polite, charming, and ready to assist. I especially appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle and the thoughtful gift of two cable car tickets. Watching fireworks directly from the hotel was a delightful bonus. Having read multiple consecutive one-star reviews, I was initially skeptical, but as a seasoned traveler, it became clear to me that these reviews might be a result of unfair competition. My personal experience was completely positive, and I confidently recommend Sakurakyo Hotel to friends and family looking for a reliable and enjoyable stay.

Granworld is near there with a walking distance to the Teddy bear museum and there is a mini cart parking there. The hotel has an elevator.     We loved how accomodating the staff were - just being at the accomodation was so easy. The buggy service was excellent Once again staff were superb, from the bell boys (special thanks to Quang), reception, beach staff and even the security at the parking gate. 100% would recommend I also really enjoyed how private the public spaces felt
